How do I clean my EXIT GetSet?
It is best to clean the GetSet with a dry cloth or a wet cloth with cold or lukewarm water. Do not use hot water, cleaning agents, other solvents and hard materials like abrasive pads and brushes to clean the steel parts. The wooden parts are allowed to be cleaned with soap.
Can I clean the GetSet with a pressure washer?
It is best to clean the GetSet with a dry or wet cloth. Because of the force of a pressure washer, the protective layer of the frame of the GetSet might get damaged.
Can an EXIT GetSet stay outside during the winter and can the GetSet accessories stay attached?
Yes, the GetSet can stay outside during the winter. We do recommend placing the EXIT GetSet punching bag inside when the temperature gets below 5 degrees Celsius; this to prevent the water In the punching bag from freezing.
It's also wise to remove the GetSet accessories that contain rope, like the swing, trapeze, wooden gymnastics rings and the climbing rope for a longer lifespan.
Can an EXIT GetSet withstand wind or storm?
In principle, the GetSet stands firmly due to the anchoring system and can therefore withstand a gust of wind. However, if strong wind or a storm is expected, it is wise to remove the accessories.
What can I do if a GetSet part needs replacing?
