What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for the UK range from £4.95 to £39.95. The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order. The shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart. 

Why do we charge shipping fees?

EXIT Toys believes in transparency and fairness, also when it comes to shipping costs. Shipping outdoor toys comes with costs. At EXIT Toys, we choose to pass these costs on. With the calculation of shipping fees, we aim to inspire you to order thoughtfully. A conscious order helps avoid unnecessary returns and also contributes to a sustainable future. 

Good to know: At EXIT Toys, you only pay a small part of the actual shipping costs; we cover the majority of the costs ourselves. Not completely satisfied? When you return your entire order within the 14-day right of withdrawal, you'll get the full purchase price and shipping costs back! Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Delivery by DPD

Most of the outdoor play equipment, such as football goals, trampolines and go-karts are delivered to your home by DPD. As soon as the order is shipped, we send you an e-mail with the de track & trace link of DPD so that you can follow the shipment. You can also adjust the delivery time and address.

If DPD cannot deliver the order, the transport service will first try to deliver it to one of your neighbours. If this does not succeed, then the package can be picked up the following business day at the nearest DPD pick-up point. In that case, the transport service will leave you a note with the address where you can pick up the package.
