What size EXIT pool dome fits over my pool?

At EXIT Toys we have two sizes of pool domes that you anchor to the ground. One sized ø15ft and one with a size of ø18ft. What size dome do you need for your inflatable, steel, or frame above-ground or inground pool?

Tips to determine which size pool dome you need

Before you can determine which size dome you need, it’s important to take the following tips into account

 

✔  Free space

Before you start measuring, take a bit of free space around the dome into account. Outside the pool dome, keep a minimum of 16 inches free, so you can always walk around the dome and easily step into it.

 

✔  Pool size

To measure your pool, you measure the outer dimensions of your pool, as also pointed out in the size charts below. Always measure the outer dimensions (length, width, and diameter) of the pool, these are often the dimensions on the ground.

 

✔  Edge of the above-ground pool

Does your above-ground pool have an extra edge at the top? Then note that this edge may protrude from the dimensions on the ground. Therefore, always measure the outermost dimensions (length, width, and diameter) of the pool.

 

✔  Side parts

When measuring, take into account any parts on the sides of your pool, such as a skimmer or a filter pump. Because of these parts, you might need a larger dome. When the dome encloses the pool quite tightly, we always advise removing the pool steps from the pool before closing the EXIT dome.
