EXIT Loft 500 wooden playhouse - natural
Children will not have a dull moment in the EXIT Loft 500 wooden playhouse produced in a natural colour. This wooden playhouse stands on legs and is extra raised, so children can play in the sandbox under the playhouse. Climb on the stairs and slide down through the cool slide. The playhouse is easy to assemble due to its prefabricated parts. Typical for the EXIT Loft 500 wooden playhouse is the sleek Scandinavian design with beatiful white window frames. This EXIT Toys playhouse with slide and sandbox is definitely a product to have in your garden!
Durable wooden playhouse
The playhouses of EXIT Toys are made of FSC® certified cypress wood (FSC 100%, FSC® SCS-COC-007799). This type of wood does not splinter and is naturally resistant to weather influences such as rain and therefore resistant to wood rot. The EXIT Loft 500 playhouse also has a waterproof bitumen roof, so that children can play with it in all weathers. You do not need to treat EXIT wooden playhouses before use, children can play safely with it right from the start.
Your own unique arrangement?
Just like with all the playhouses, there are various accessories available for the EXIT Loft 500 wooden playhouse, such as a nice picnic set with stools or a lovely decoration kit for making drawings. Design your play corner just the way you want and have the greatest adventures outdoors!

Most of the EXIT wooden playhouses are made from FSC® certified cypress wood (FSC 100%, SCS-COC-000652-WH). This type of wood does not splinter and by nature it is resistant to weather influences, such as rain, and therefore resistant to wood rot. You do not need to treat the EXIT wooden playhouses before use.
The EXIT Aksent wooden playhouse series is made from FSC certified pinewood (FSC 100%, SCS-COC-000652-WH). This high-quality wood comes from Scandinavia. Pinewood is impregnated under high pressure. This ensures the longest possible lifespan and the wood requires no further treatment.
To maintain the beauty of the wood for years to come, we advise you to stain the wood every second year. If mildew appears on the wood, it is best to rub it off with a dry cloth and perhaps green soap.
In most of our wooden playhouses, the slide can be attached to spots other than the ones indicated in the manual or on our website.
In the Beach 300, Fantasia 300, Loft (300, 350, 500, 550, 700, 750) and Crooky (300, 350, 500, 550, 700, 750) the stairs and the slide can be attached on either the left-hand or the right-hand side.
In houses with an extension or a veranda, the slide can also be mounted at the front side of the playhouse. This applies to the Loft (350, 550, 750) and Crooky (350, 550, 750) playhouses. The fence at the front side of the extension or veranda is moved over, creating room for attaching the slide at the opening in the front side.
Cypress wood is known for its distinctive fragrance. Over time, the intensity of the smell will decrease once it is exposed to the outside air.
Place the playhouse on a flat dry surface at least two metres from any structure or obstacle such as a tree, fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, washing lines or power lines.
No, this is not necessary, but it is possible. An anchor set is available separately on our website. With the EXIT anchoring set for play equipment and play houses, you ensure that the playhouse always remains firmly on the ground.
Yes, you can. Just don't leave it on a moist surface such as grass during the winter.
Cypress wood will age over time, this is a natural process due to exposure to sunlight and rain. It ensures that longevity improves. So keep in mind that the appearance of the product will change slightly. If you don't like this, you can paint the playhouse in a different colour, as required.
Yes, you can touch up your Loft playhouse with water-based stain if you'd like to.

Sand for a sandpit is available; it's also known as play sand. The sand is sieved and rinsed, has a fine grain and therefore perfect for children to play in.
Do you already have sand at home? Check the following points: Is the sand sticky? With sand that is too loose, children cannot build sand castles and that takes away from the fun of playing in the sandpit! Is there any clay in the sand? Clay dirties the knees and creates brown stains on clothing. Are there no sharp pieces in the sand? If there are pieces of rubble in the sand, children can get bruised.
We recommend filling the sandpit to 75%. This helps prevent too much sand from spilling out next to the sandpit. Based on this advice, you'll need about 387 lbs of play sand.
